Returns the company's active texting lines for the calling user, ordered company-default-first. defaultPhoneNumber resolves the sending number the way Engage compose does: the caller's default line if it is active, otherwise the company telephone number, otherwise null. This is the active-line set, not the compose picker's live-conversation set. Not paginated: the set is bounded to the company's active lines and Engage serves it whole.
